Membership Benefits
Family, Career and Community Leaders of America is a great organization that creates leaders in our families and communities. The ROWVA FCCLA Chapter is very active within the community. We provide community, state, national, and international service through fundraisers and volunteering. Service to others is very rewarding and it teaches our members how to be selfless. When we are not serving others, our members enjoy games and other chapter activities like carving pumpkins. Members get to develop leadership at conferences all over the country. Our members attend almost every conference that FCCLA has to offer. Family, Career and Community Leaders of America wants you to experience leadership development, and community service. New members are always welcome to join our chapter.

Membership Retention
Our members stay with us throughout high school because of the engaging events that we do. Leadership games, fun conferences, friendships, the quality and quantity of leadership opportunities, and the satisfaction from helping others entices our chapter members to lead with us next year. ROWVA FCCLA is not just about weekly meetings; it is about having fun helping others and improving our leadership abilities.
Membership Points
Members can earn points by participating in chapter activities. These points are added up and ranked as bronze, silver, or gold. Members with enough points to achieve bronze, silver, or gold status are recognized at the annual FCCLA banquet.
